Why This Reference Exists
Texas provides public access to many court, custody, and release records, but the records are split among agencies. The Fisher County Sheriff's Office keeps local register and release or transfer information even though physical custody may be in another county. TDCJ maintains its offender search for state-prison status and release dates. Local probation, TDCJ parole, and federal BOP records each answer different questions. This site brings those official paths, request steps, and system boundaries together without treating one locator as a universal answer.
Resources Organized Here
The coverage follows the agency that created or controls each record.
- The home page explains Fisher County release searches and records, with separate help through Release Date Lookup, VINE Inmate Check, and Post-Release Supervision.
- Facility pages cover the Fisher County Law Enforcement Center, TDCJ institutions, federal prisons, and ICE or U.S. Marshals custody.
- Lookup instructions separate a live custody result from evidence of release, discharge, or transfer.
- Records guidance explains how to ask the originating office for booking, release, transfer, or booking-photo records.
